Taking time to fully comprehend everything I have learnt from an Ayurvedic point of view.
Meghan’s reflections on Pam’s journey
Pam and I met when she came on a community herb garden day, helping us set up our new teaching garden and transplant some old friends to their new home. Despite feeling a bit under the weather, she was full of tenacity and enthusiasm and left at the end of the day waiting for the following year's dates to be released so she could get stuck into the journey. When the day finally arrived, Pam was bursting with energy and got cracking straight away. It was brilliant to see Pam's enthusiasm continue to blossom as she met each of our herbs, her experimentation making remedies exploring new avenues and her dedication to chipping away at the illusions of mainstream society, marketing and industry. Pam walked into our yurt in the spring a powerful woman, indeed, and she's finished in the winter as an increasingly empowered woman. We look forward to having her back in the future!

Whatever your next step is with learning herbal medicine, I hope you enjoy the journey!
At the Heritage School of Herbal Medicine, our practice of herbalism is rooted in the belief that we must remember, reclaim and relearn our knowledge of our bodies, our autonomy and how to work with plant medicine in order to bring control of our own health back into our families and homes for a sustainable future for ourselves and the planet. Through our intensive herbalism course, we facilitate the development of confident, empowered herbalists, attuned to the messages of their bodies and the natural world. Living the deep wisdom of herbal medicine within themselves, their homes and their communities, they uplift themselves and others, creating a stronger society organically. We do hope you'll join us on your journey!
